During October 2018 I was part of ECCS - Entrepreneurial Co-Creation Summit as Event Manager, under the project lead of Nikola Likov and Marina Schmidt for a 14-day sprint leading to the execution of the conference on the 9th October.

ECCS was created through a highly curated community of 100 decision makers from different backgrounds, where the invite-only selected attendees include board members of corporates, tech entrepreneurs, investors and politicians.

Structured discussions on best practices instead of speeches, whith no Powerpoint presentations and no typical stiff conference vibes. The aim was to exchange insights in an interactive and highly structured format tailored to individual interests and creating the right atmosphere for connection.

At the ECCS, digitalisation was discussed digitalization with fellow industry leaders - hands-on, entertaining and insightful.

Amongst others, the exclusive guest list included representatives of the World Economic Forum, the European Commission, as well as selected c-level executives and board members (e.g. UBS, Microsoft, Deutsche Bahn, ŠKODA AUTO a.s., EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG, OSRAM Continental); tech founders (e.g. FlixBus, Delivery Hero SE, Thermondo GmbH); investors (e.g. 3i Group plc, HV Holtzbrinck Ventures, Eight Roads, Lakestar) and families (e.g. Rhomberg, Reimann).

ECCS is an initiative from FACTOR10, whose team has founded, scaled and invested in over 250 tech companies worldwide. The company applies its proven Entrepreneurial Co-Creation Framework to launch and scale disruptive businesses with high societal benefits in industries such as banking, energy, logistics, construction, mobility or transportation.
